Agency ShaMa cooperates with clubs in the whole European Union (EU).

Each club pays a stable salary every 14 days or once a month, depending on the club.

Most clubs have private dance. Each girl needs to bring her own music (techno and rap or metal is not allowed), costumes for shows on the main stage and sexy clothes for the bar. Girls do full strip or topless, depending on the club. Most of the clubs offer monthly contracts.

Working conditions: usually 7 hours 6 days a week. Accomodation is provided close to clubs, not included in the wages.

Cabaret: this is a night club, it has shows on a main stage, and possibly also private dances. The main job for a girl is to be company for gentlemen, selling them champagne. Cabarets are based on drinking - girls receive commission on each sold bottle. The percentage varies from club to club.

Strip Club: this is based on dancing - on a main stage and private dances.
